We are not responsible for obtaining permits, certifications, or approvals required for your project. It is your responsibility, or that of your licensed architect or contractor, to ensure all required permits are in place and that all physical work complies with applicable building codes and regulations before construction or renovation begins.

1. Nature of Our Services

Our work is provided strictly for visualization and inspirational purposes. All on-site work in Puerto Rico is performed in collaboration with licensed professionals as required by law.

2. Structural Changes, Permits, and Safety
We expressly disclaim any responsibility for the structural integrity, safety, legality, buildability, or real-world performance of any creative concepts or visualizations we provide.
If your project includes any structural modifications, load-bearing alterations, changes to walls, floors, ceilings, foundations, or any other elements that could impact the safety or stability of your property:

  • It is solely and entirely your responsibility to hire qualified, licensed structural engineers, architects, or other appropriate professionals.

  • It is solely and entirely your responsibility to obtain all necessary building permits, approvals, and certifications from the relevant authorities.

In the event a project is paused or placed on hold, whether at your request or due to a lack of response, a reactivation fee may apply before work resumes. Delays caused by you do not relieve your payment obligations under these terms.
